About THE TEAM
Lorraine Gauthier
For more than10 years, I worked at the Admissions and Recruitment Service at the University of Montreal.
I have advised thousands of students about various university programs. For 2 years, I was an grader for the Casper Test®. I have mastered it well and the admission process for health programs, including the doctorate in medicine.
I know exactly the level of stress students face preparing for these tests. With my ability to listen, my good judgment and sound advice, I am confident I can make a difference in your journey.
For 7 years, I worked for the industrial psychology firm André Filion & Associates specializing in career management. I have coached and conducted mock interviews on a daily basis with hundreds of professionals.

For 4 years, I have been coaching students towards the success of Casper Test®. I followed a training course in the preparation of the Casper Test and the MMI.

For 8 years, I was a senior consultant for a recruitment firm. I have an excellent understanding of the concern caused by the interviews and I'll be able to guide you.
For 12 years, I worked in the Amissions and Recruitment Service of uOttawa. Now I am a consultant and do coaching in various fields.
Having worked as a grader for the Casper Test®, I have an in-depth understanding of the key leadership skills assessed. I provide targeted and relevant advice for the Casper Test® and MMI.
My biligual proficiency in English and French enables me to conduct coaching sessions in the language on my clients, preference, ensuring effective and personalized communication.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I embrace an approach infused with empathy and professionallism.
Process
The objective of the coaching is to give you advice, techniques and recommendations to help you achieve
your goal and succeed at the different stages of the test.
You will take part in real-life situations and your opinions will be challenged on various subjects.
A discussion will follow about your responses and we will help to guide you to find the best
responses.
We will ask you questions related to your strengths and areas of improvement.

A telephone call will take place to understand your needs and clarify your expectations. A meeting date will then be determined.

A confirmation email will be sent to you with some food for thought and exercices to do before the meeting.

A coaching session lasts 1h30. For the Casper Test®, 2 sessions are needed. If you feel the need for additional sessions, an appointment can be arranged.

Meetings are done via Messenger, Facetime or Skype.

$335 | session, payable after each meeting by Interac transfer.
